Any variation in quantity / specification may be subject to a change in costs.

Stone Synergy reserves the right to make an additional charge in areas where a congestion charge applies.

Where specific parking areas are necessary, we or our installers/drivers must be supplied with a valid permit or the visit will be aborted.

When installation is included the customer should be aware that the manufacturer only supplies two installers. Large worktops / island units may require additional labour which will need to be supplied by Stone Synergy (for reasons of Health & Safety), we will quote to supply at an additional cost.

Please note all tops and fittings must be removed before templates can be taken, base units to be fixed level and appliances to be disconnected before fitters attend site.

Failure to comply with requirements will result in an aborted visit charge.

Any cancellation for template or installation within 2 working days of appointment will incur an abort fee of £180.00.

Please note that we do not count bank holidays or weekends as working days.

Any supporting framework to be supplied by others, unless specified in our quotation.

Delivery to suit your reasonable requirements.

Please note; on supply only orders you are responsible for ensuring adequate resource is available to move the goods from the van to the required location as Stone Synergy only supply one driver and all deliveries are a kerbside delivery only.

The Buyer must inspect all Goods immediately upon delivery.

If any Goods are damaged or lost the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or by telephone within 24hours of the delivery of the Goods as well as signing for the goods as damaged.

After this period the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods and the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the Contract.

The manufacturer endeavours to supply products as close as possible to the sample.

Please contact the sales office for samples of current stock as the manufacturer will not accept responsibility for differences between samples and stock once the product has been manufactured.

Due to Granite & Wood being a natural product, sourced from various countries throughout the world, supply can sometimes be inconsistent.

The manufacturer reserves the right to offer an alternative, when procurement of your specified colour is not economically viable.

Quartz Technical points to note.

Quartz polishing is carried out on the latest precision machinery in manufacturing to the face of the slab, when fabricating we can under-clean breakfast bars, but this does not polish them to the same standard as the machinery.

Light colours can occasionally be prone to dark spots and dark colours can be prone to light spots which are caused by the manufacturing process.

This is managed to a tolerance level and is not a defect in the product. Hob, sink and tap hole positions must be determined when templating takes place.

Without these details there may be a delay in installation. Any mastic sealing required on upstands will be carried out by others unless specified on our quotation.

We do not supply any plumbing below the waste outlet.

Please be aware that calls may be monitored or recorded.

Full working drawings will be required prior to production.

Stone Synergy reserves the right to adjust any quotation if a pricing error has been made duing the quotation stage.

The customer will be notified of any pricing error and given the option to request a cancellation/deposit refund as long as no costs have been incurred.
