Before the survey, you need to ensure all cabinets are level, have sufficient braces and are firmly secured. The the final location of sinks, hobs, taps and any other fittings required will be confirmed and these items must be on site. Please ensure after the survey that cabinets are not moved, as the measurements taken during the survey are crucial for a perfect worktop installation. Any changes after the survey may cause significant delays and incur additional charges.
No, this needs to be done before the template, for accuracy. Any tiling should be done after the worktops are installed.
We normally delivery and fit worktops within 5-10 working days after the survey.
The quote is based on the information provided, which we strongly suggest that you check. Any changes to the design, colour choice of material may affect the price, up or down.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. PayPal can also be used to pay deposits only.
All our worktops fabricated in the UK, in our own dedicated state of the art manufacturing facility. This gives us total control and ensures that we can maintain our high-quality standards, that you would expect with a bespoke product.
The template is a site visit to take all the final measurements of the kitchen units and any cut outs i.e. hobs and sinks. This will be conducted by a trained professional, using most advanced laser technology, specific to our industry. This is then used to manufacture the new worktops, ensuring precise and accurate cutting of the material for a perfect worktop surface installation.
For accuracy and a quality finish, the existing worktops need to be removed before we come to template. This is not something that we are involved with and would need to be arranged by you. Any replacement items, i.e. sink or hob, need to be onsite when the template is being conducted.
Yes, you need to be on-site to confirm the position of any cut-outs, overhangs, position of any joints, and to answer any questions we might have regarding the design. The same goes for the fitting, so you can confirm that you are happy with the finished product.
Simply click on the online quote request and enter the measurements against the preferred material and colour. Or, if you prefer, you can submit your kitchen plan with your contact details, and we will do the rest.
Once you are happy with your quote, and wish to proceed, simply follow the instructions on the bottom of the quote to pay the deposit. Alternatively, simply call the person that has been dealing with your enquiry, or the main office number, and they will be more than happy to assist you. A member of staff will then be in contact with you to confirm the order and arrange a survey.
